Strawberry Poppyseed Salad
This salad is summer on a plate. It is a beautifully fresh and sweet salad that allows you to skip the ice cream but satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 4-6 cups Spinach washed & dried
- 1 pint Strawberries washed & sliced
- 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Sliced Cucumbers
- 3 small Cutie Oranges peeled & segmented
- 16 oz Grilled Chicken Breast preferrably leftovers
- 8 tbsp Poppyseed Dressing we love Breanna's
Instructions
- Plate all the ingredients evenly across four plates. We like to play with the order (keeping spinach on the bottom of course) to change it up a bit. To ensure equal distribution of the dressing, toss your spinach in the dressing prior to plating – but we also love drizzling dressing across the top for presentation.
